constructed using the same “sandwich”
technology for a super light weight
deck. An aggressive softer flex
pattern helps increase control for
lighter & younger riders. The Ion was

Construction: Roto moulded or Compression ?? For the recreational user Roto will be the
most popular choice. It’s cheaper and it’s bomb proof construction make it a sure buy.
Only downside is the rails which are not as thin and sharp as compression models.
Compression models are lighter and stiffer and have thinner rails which make
them more performance orientated .
Most of our Roto moulded will have a hook on the front to allow you to hook the ski handle
up to make starts a cinch. Look out for specific kneeboard ropes that are specifically
designed for the job.
