Prices without Imprinting
Use end column pricing. This excludes items
that are priced Blank.
ARTWORK
Good quality black and white Camera Ready
art is required. Photocopies, business cards,
letterheads, coloured layouts etc will be
subject to clean-up charges of $50.00 (c) per
hour.
Computer Graphics
Artwork may be sent on disk or via e-mail in the
following formats: CorelDraw X6 (.cdr), Adobe
Illustrator CS5 (.ai or .eps), or High Resolution
Tiff file (600 dpi or greater)

Please include a laser printed hard copy of
your artwork with the disk. All fonts must be
converted to curves (paths, outlines).
Setup Charges
New artwork - $80.00 (c)
This Setup Charge includes the identical
imprint on different colours of the same item.
For more than one different items/sizes on
the same order, the Setup Charge for
additional items will be $40.00 (c)
Artwork on file - $40.00 (c)
This setup charge applies to existing
artwork which is re-sized for a new item.
Repeat Orders - $40.00 (c)
Additional Imprint Colors
All items include a one colour, one location
imprint. Addition colours are available, subject
to the follow run charge per colour:

Setup Charge $40.00 (c) per colour apply.
Second Location Imprint
When a second location (second side) is
imprinted, the following run charges per colour

For coloured ceramics, Duke will match the
imprint colour to the accent colour of the mug
at no additional cost.
PMS (Pantone) Colour Match
While standard colours usually suffice,
occasionally specific PMS colours are required.
Although we cannot guarantee an exact match,
we are able to mix inks to get as close as
possible to your Pantone (PMS) colour.
The service charge Pantone colour
matching is $40.00 (c) per colour. (Applies
on repeat orders.)
Paper Proof
A Paper Proof will be emailed/faxed for
approval prior to production. Production cannot
begin without receipt of an accepted Paper
Proof.
Pre-production Sample
If requested, a pre-production sample will be
supplied. The sample item will be billed at
regular prices, plus setup charges & shipping.
$40.00 (c) run charge will apply.
Production Time
Normal production time is 4-5 working days
from approval of artwork or sample (subject to
Inventory availability).
Rush Shipments
Shipments requested in less than 4 working
days may be subject to an additional rush
charge. Please contact Customer Service.
Minimum Quantities
Most items in our catalog have very low
minimums of 36 or 72.
For orders less than minimum quantity,
$40.00 (c) run charge will apply.
Absolute minimum is half 1st column quantity.
No less than minimum on Special or Clearance
items.
Overruns/Underruns
We reserve the right to ship and bill up to 5%
more or less than the ordered quantity.
If Exact Quantities are required, a charge of
$40.00 (c) will apply.
Please ensure that this is clearly marked on
your PO.
Re-Boxing Charge
Standard packaging is indicated on every item
in our catalog. Most items can be re-boxed at
the following charges:
