Day 1: Arrival to <strong>Cairo</strong> Airport<br />

Arrival to <strong>Cairo</strong> airport, our representative will meet you in the airport then you will be<br />

transferred by a private A/C car to your hotel. Overnight in <strong>Cairo</strong> to start your <strong>Cairo</strong> and<br />

<strong>Nile</strong> cruise holiday.<br />

Day 2: <strong>Cairo</strong> & Giza<br />

Morning time, you will meet your private tour guide at the hotel to start your <strong>Cairo</strong> and <strong>Nile</strong><br />

cruise holiday by visiting:-<br />

Giza Pyramids:<br />

The most substantial ancient structure in the world and the most mysterious. They were<br />

built over the span of three generations – by Khufu, his second reigning son Khafre, and his<br />

grandson Menkaure during the 4th dynasty (2575 to 2465 BC).<br />

The Great Pyramid of Khufu:<br />

The oldest and sole remnant of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Over 2 million<br />

blocks of stone were used to construct the pyramid, during a 20 year period. Then move to<br />

The Great Sphinx:<br />

A limestone statue with а lion's body and а human head. The face оf the Sphinx іs generally<br />

believed tо represent the face оf the Pharaoh Khafra. It іs the largest monolith statue іn the<br />

world. Finish your tour to Giza plateau by visiting:-<br />

The Valley Temple:<br />

The only remaining mortuary temple at Giza plateau, made out of red granite and it was<br />

used for the embalming process. Lunch will be served at oriental food restaurant before<br />

Saqqara Step Pyramid of Zoser:<br />

The earliest large-scale cut stone construction, It was built during the 27th century BC for<br />

the burial of Pharaoh Djoser. This first Egyptian pyramid consisted of six mastabas of<br />

decreasing size built atop one . Then move to visit:-<br />

Memphis City :<br />

It was the 1st capital of Egypt & was considered to be a center of rule and culture for over<br />

3000 years. At Memphis you can see the Statue of Ramses II and the 2nd biggest Sphinx all<br />

over Egypt. Evening time, catch the VIP sitting train to Aswan. Overnight on board of the<br />

train.<br />

Day 3: Aswan Tour<br />

Upon arrival, you will join your private tour guide to continue your <strong>Cairo</strong> and <strong>Nile</strong> cruise<br />

holiday by a tour to Aswan Highlights including:-<br />

Philae Temple :<br />

Built tо honor goddess Isis, this was the last ancient temple built іn the classical Egyptian<br />

architectural style. Construction began іn approx 690 BC. It was moved from its original<br />

location оn Philae Island tо its new location оn Agilkia Island, after the flooding оf Lake<br />

Nasser.<br />

The Unfinished Obelisk:


Is the largest known ancient obelisk . It was ordered by Hatshepsut. It іs nearly one third<br />

larger than any ancient Egyptian obelisk ever erected. If finished at would have measured<br />

around 42 m (approximately 137 feet) аnd would have weighed nearly 1,200 tons. Then<br />

check in 5* <strong>Nile</strong> cruise for lunch and relax the rest of the day.<br />

The High Dam :<br />

Built across the <strong>Nile</strong> at Aswan, it was constructed between 1960 and 1970, and has had a<br />

Day 4: Kom Ombo / Edfu<br />

Sail to Kom Ombo and visit to:-<br />

Kom Ombo Temple :<br />

The temple is unique because its 'double' design meant that there were courts, halls,<br />

sanctuaries and rooms duplicated for two sets of gods. The southern half of the temple was<br />

dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek, god of fertility. The northern part of the temple was<br />

dedicated to the falcon god Haroeris. Continue sailing to Edfu and visit:-<br />

Edfu Temple:<br />

One of the best preserved temples in Egypt. The temple, dedicated to the falcon god<br />

Horus. It was built in the Ptolemaic period. The inscriptions on its walls provide important<br />

information on language, myth and religion during the Greco-Roman period in ancient<br />

Egypt. There are also "important scenes and inscriptions of the Sacred Drama which related<br />

the age-old conflict between Horus and Seth." Continue sailing to Luxor, arrive Luxor late<br />

night.<br />

Day 5 : Luxor Tour<br />

It was the principal burial place of the major royal figures of the Egyptian New Kingdom, for<br />

Colossi Of Memnon :<br />

Twо massive stone statues оf Pharaoh Amenhotep III. Fоr the past 3400 years (since 1350<br />

Day 6: Luxor Tour<br />

Karnak Temple:<br />

No site in Egypt is more impressive than Karnak. It is the largest temple complex ever built<br />

by man, and represents the combined achievement of many generations of ancient builders<br />

and Pharaohs. The Temple of Karnak is actually three main temples, smaller enclosed<br />

temples, and several outer temples situated on 247 acres of land.<br />

Luxor Temple:<br />

The Temple of Luxor was the center of the most important festival, the festival of Opet. Built<br />

largely by Amenhotep III and Ramses II, the temple's purpose was as a setting for the rituals<br />

of the festival. The festival was to reconcile the human aspect of the ruler with the divine<br />

office. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. Evening time, catch the VIP sitting train to<br />

Day 7: <strong>Cairo</strong> Tour<br />
