What is it about?<br />
Praxis® Foundation & Practitioner Course<br />
Praxis is a free framework for the management of projects, programmes and<br />
portfolios. It includes a body of knowledge, methodology, competency<br />
framework and capability maturity model. The framework is supported by a<br />
knowledgebase of resources and an encyclopaedia.<br />
Praxis brings together a body of knowledge, methodology, competence<br />
framework and capability maturity model in a single integrated framework with<br />
a single structure and terminology.<br />
The framework is designed to provide building blocks that can be tailored and<br />
assembled to suit all manner of different contexts.

interventions and practical syndicate and individual sessions, evening work is<br />
