• Beach Lighting will only warranty product sold from an authorized Beach Lighting dealer.
• All products depicted in this catalog, when properly installed, are ETL listed.
• Please consult dimmer compatibility page (pg.63) for dimming our LED lamps and consult
factory before using any unlisted dimmers.
• If a lamp is used with a incompatible dimmer we assume no responsibility for any malfunctions
that may occur and makes any remaining portion of the warranty void.
• The wave system can only be used with the specified wave dimming module, it cannot be used
with a wall dimmer or any other dimmer. Use with an incompatible dimmer voids warranty.
• Beach Lighting reserves the right to make design changes or modifications without prior
notification.
• All photos in this catalog are solely for examples of recessed lighting application.
WARRANTY- All trims and housings in this catalog are warranted to be free of defects in material
and workmanship for (1) one year from the date of purchase. LED lamps as well as all parts of the
LED Wave System are warranted for (3) three years. This warranty is limited to the correction of any
such defect, or the replacement of any such defective item, provided that (a) item(s) were
purchased from an authorized Beach Lighting distributor; in the event the item is discontinued we
will provide a suitable replacement for the original lamp within two years, after two years to the end
of the warranty, we will prorate and issue a credit towards the purchase of replacement (b) we are
properly notified and customer consents to the return of the item(s) in question; (c) the item(s) are
returned with proof of purchase date; and (d) we find that the item(s) are defective in such a way
covered by the warranty stated above. This warranty does not cover labor costs or consequential
damages, nor does it apply to any item(s) that have been improperly installed, overloaded, altered,
used with improper dimmer or otherwise abused by customer, its agent(s) or employee(s).

GENERAL CONDITIONS- Beach Lighting may cease selling product to any dealer that sells or
distributes to an unauthorized dealer for resale purposes. Beach Lighting reserves the right to void
the warranty on any product that does not meet the criteria listed above.
