“Cargo crime is a global problem. In 2016, we recorded 2,611 cargo thefts in<br />
EMEA, up 72% over 2015, and although only 43.5% of these reported a value,<br />
these crimes alone involved losses of over 77.6 million. The average loss for<br />
major incidents last year (those with a value of 100,000 or more), based on<br />
crimes with a value, was 351,031 per crime. Our latest data for Q3 2017 shows<br />
a further 25.9% rise year-on-year, while losses giving a value in the rst nine<br />
