Domaine Chandon’s traditions hail from the grand Champagne
House Moët & Chandon, but their expertise is firmly planted in

signature sparklings, wines with delicious méthode-traditionnelle

collection, go behind the scenes on a tour and/or experience

FOUR PILLARS
DISTILLERY
Four Pillars Gin is an internationally acclaimed gin distillery based
in the heart of the Yarra Valley. They make a truly modern
Australian style of gin, using a combination of Mediterranean
citrus, Asian spice and local, indigenous botanicals
Since launching in 2013, Four Pillars have gone on to win medals
at the most prestigious spirit competitions around the world. The
Four Pillars Distillery is open seven days a week. Guests can enjoy
a full tasting of the range, or sit and enjoy a few cocktails in the
bar whilst snacking on a cheese plate. Four Pillars also run regular

RESTAURANT
Fergusson Winery and Restaurant is located in the unique and
scenic Yarra Valley, where our old vines receive the personal,
nurturing attention of our youngest son, Jeremy.
Overlooking the picturesque vineyard and constructed from
solid native timber, Fergusson’s restaurant is warm, welcoming
and traditionally Australian. Famous for their turning spit, the
aged Charolais beef roast is always a popular choice, ensuring
no-one leaves our establishment still hungry!
