Proposal Summary<br />

support from your department, school or college. If funding is granted, a brief report will be required<br />
30 days after completion of the project, including final budget report with receipts, other supporting<br />
documentation, and an evaluation of how the activity met or did not meet objectives or expected<br />
outcomes.<br />
