Travel documents will be sent approximately 2 weeks prior<br />
to departure, provided full payment has been received. It will<br />
include a detailed itinerary, departure times and locations,<br />
hotel lists, medical form, luggage tags and other helpful<br />
information.<br />
Special Needs<br />
Please notify us of any special needs at the time of reservation.<br />
We will make all reasonable efforts to assist with your travel<br />
arrangements. However, it is strongly recommended that a<br />
traveling companion come along to help with any special<br />
needs of anyone with a disability. Allied’s tour directors<br />
have responsibilities for the entire group and can’t provide<br />
assistance with special needs. This includes boarding of motor<br />
coaches, airplanes, cruise ships, etc. and traversing hotels,<br />
restaurants, attractions, or other personal needs, etc. Contact<br />
