The crystal blue waters of this pool anchor a sprawling outdoor living space around which the entire house is built. Accessible through a lavish front gate flanked by lush greenery, this main courtyard offers
resort luxury with wide teak decking, copious chaise lounges for sunbathing, and al fresco dining for five.
The luxury continues inside, starting with the Caribbean charm of the formal dining room, offering seating for 10 around a table of rich cherry surrounded by dark wood furnishings brightened with a
sizzling Caribbean salmon paint scheme and magnificent grand chandelier.
Filling such a grand table requires an expertly appointed kitchen, and the family chef will find more than they need in the home’s expansive luxury kitchen. High-end Viking appliances make this a gourmet
dream – twice over. In addition to a wide professional-style chef’s range, you’ll find dual ovens, dual dishwashers and dual side-by-side stainless steel refrigerators in an opulent kitchen boasting a skylight,
speckled granite counters and a wide tile backsplash.
These counters carry through to speckled granite bar seating for seven, which passes down to an impressive conversation and informal dining area. Carrying the Caribbean theme, you’ll find here seating
for four around a glass-topped table as well as a cozy brick fireplace, wall-mounted flat-screen TV as well as two armchairs in crimson paisley and a plush leather sleeper sofa.
A more formal living space awaits at the far end of the property, where you’ll find tranquil comfort under a tall alpine-beamed ceiling among three plush sofas in deep rose hues, one of which folds out to a
sleeper. They face a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV as well as a fireplace set in marbled stone, and are flanked by windows letting in ample natural light.
Among these windows you’ll find doors that lead out to the property’s wide wooden patio, offering outdoor dining for four, a four-burner gas grill and stunning views of the tee box at Ocean Course’s 18th
hole.
The property’s six bedrooms are situated along either side of the main courtyard, with one perched on a second story.
This upstairs bedroom enjoys a lofty perch with French doors on opposing walls leading out to two decks – one with sweeping golf vistas, the other commanding a view of the main courtyard. Here, floral
linens grace a king size bed in a space boasting built-in bookshelves, a ceiling fan and wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A full bath is accessible on the main floor with rich mission-style tiles on a single basin
vanity and in a walk-in shower.
A further clutch of three bedrooms can be found in the north wing of the property. The first drapes palmetto-patterned linens across a king size bed in a room with flat screen TV and en suite with tub
shower and solid surface single basin vanity.
The north wing’s second bedroom offers two full beds in floral patterned linens in a room made airy thanks to light furnishings, and enjoying its own flat-screen TV. An en suite finds rich travertine topping
a single basin vanity and running into a spacious tub and shower.
Finally, the north wing boasts the perfect spot for the younger guests, with two bunk beds in nautical inspired linens. A full desk and flat-screen TV offer plenty of opportunity to play or enjoy a movie, while
an en suite set in nautical inspired blue and white offers a single basin vanity and wide walk-in shower.
The south wing offers two more suites set off of a wide hallway set in old-world hardwood flooring and adorned with antique accents.
The first suite finds two full beds offering a pop of color with bright crimson linens, contrasting with cool seafoam green armchairs against tropical-inspired furnishings and a flat-screen TV. The en suite
offers a wide corner shower and pedestal sink.
The tranquility of the south wing culminates perfectly in the opulent master suite, with its king-size four-poster bed in linens of taupe and crimson. Step into the en suite and be dazzled by a spa-like
atmosphere where peace and tranquility are illuminated by a massive skylight. A cavernous walk-in shower, wide counters on a dual-basin vanity and immense Jacuzzi tub offer amenities any day spa
would envy.

Check-out is 10am. Late check-outs are not guaranteed, and are provided based on availability. If a late check-out is provided upon request, a late
checkout fee will apply.
HOUSEKEEPING
Your home or villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival, and after your departure. For an additional charge, maid service is available during your stay.
Washers and dryers are provided within the rental or rental complex. Bed and bath linens, as well as a starter supply of soap and bath tissue, are
