HOW TO..? C A K E In our project we planned to make cake with different amounts of eggs, so we could know what was the eggs job in the recipe. We first decided to make 3 different groups of cake, the first group we follow the exact instructions, in the second one we put the same but with no eggs, and the last we double the amount of eggs. we bake and let it cool in the same conditions. An the results were pretty incredible. The first group turn down as expected since we follow the same instructions. The second was so fragile, breakable, and had a white color on the cake. S U G A R How to..? G O R D I T A S Sugar Gorditas: In this project we wanted to identify the difference of the mass of a sugar gordita following the recipe and the other with more milk. The ingredients were: flour, butter, milk, eggs, sugar, baking powder, and salt. The results were that the normal mass looked and tasted like a normal sugar gordita, but the mass with more milk was almost like a pancake. T W C M A G A Z I N E | 1 3
