There are NO RULES. Everyone forgets that with any energy work it is<br />
very much about what your intention is and setting the intention for the<br />
highest good of yourself and the crystals that you are working with.<br />

HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR CRYSTALS<br />
Choosing your crystals can seem like the hardest job you have when you<br />
walk into an Crystal Store. It can feel overwhelming and you can also feel<br />
like you have to pick the crystal that will work best and has the best<br />
properties for what you would like to use it for.<br />
Here is a secret…any crystal that you feel you want to pick up or drawn<br />
to will be the perfect one for you at that exact moment in time. Some<br />
people look for signs when they are choosing their crystal, for example;<br />
It heats up and feels warm in your hand<br />
It can give you goose bumps<br />
It can instantly make you feel at peace<br />
Lastly you just have to have it<br />
There is no technical way to choose your crystals and it is best done by<br />
following your gut instinct. If you aren't sure on what you want the<br />

PROGRAMMING CRYSTALS<br />
It is a misguided untruth that you need to have some sort of technical<br />
crystal training to programme your crystals. This is not the case. By<br />
following these easy steps you can programme your crystals in a quick<br />
and easy way.<br />
Hold the crystal in the palm of your hand for a minute or so.<br />
In your mind hold what intention you will be using the crystal for<br />
instance Carnelian is used in fertility issues and helping to assist<br />
people to get pregnant. You would say “I now ask that this piece of<br />
carnelian help to support a healthy reproductive system and allow<br />
free flowing energy to my system”. It's that simple.<br />
Then you can place the crystal where ever you feel it should go.<br />
This can be done for all of your crystals individually or if you are<br />
using several for the same issue or situation you can do them<br />
together.<br />

it amplies the sound waves. You have a crystal in a television setit<br />

PLACEMENT OF CRYSTALS<br />
Placement of crystals is generally better and more effective if you are<br />
following your intuition. For instance if you are sitting in a meditation<br />
and would like to open your third eye you may feel the need to place it<br />
on your forehead. If you are just feeling a little off you may have citrine<br />
and place it on your stomach and think about why you placed it there<br />
after the fact.<br />
There are NO RULES to where and how you place your crystals. Some<br />
crystals will want to be in Jewellery form and this is perfect as most<br />
crystals do work better when they are in contact with the skin. Other<br />
times it can be as simple as placing it in your pocket as a supportive tool<br />
in certain situations.<br />
Gridding properties, it is a little different. For instance to ward off lower<br />
vibrations into your space you may feel the need to place Tourmaline<br />
and Selenite at all of the entry points (Front and Back Doors) these two<br />
stones work as protective stones and the selenite especially is like a<br />
mirror in FengShui it repels lower vibrations. There are specific<br />
placements in the house for certain situations and to help balance out a<br />
property. For instance to remove residual energy from a property you<br />
can place clear quartz in each corner of the room along with a small dish<br />
of water. This allows the residual energy to be absorb and sent back to<br />
source.<br />
It is really important to follow your intuition. Again there are NO RULES.<br />

CLEARING YOUR CRYSTALS<br />
Clearing your crystals is really an individual choice. Here are some of the<br />
things that we recommend.<br />
· Smudging the crystals with aa sage stick. This happens just by<br />
holding the smudge stick over the crystals and holding the<br />
intention that the crystals are now being cleared.<br />
Running the crystals under water or in the ocean and holding the<br />
intention that your crystals are now being cleansed and cleared.<br />
(PLEASE NOTE SOME CRYSTALS SHOULDN'T GO IN WATER FOR<br />
EXAMPLE SELENITE)<br />
Holding your crystals in the palm of your hand and holding the<br />
intention that they are now being cleared and cleansed. FUN<br />
FACT…your palm chakras are always a clear channel.<br />
Under the full moon or any moon for that fact. They say that the<br />
moon is at its strongest when it is full and this is why people<br />
choose to put their crystals out under it. It also recharges the<br />
crystals with Mother Goddess Energy.<br />
In the sunlight. People underestimate the power of Sunlight. It is<br />
the easiest way to clear, cleanse and recharge your crystals and<br />
only takes about 30 minutes.<br />
Palo Santo Wood or spray, this si simple and easy just like the sage<br />
and it doesn't smoke a lot and only burns for a very short period of<br />
time roughly a minute.<br />

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR CRYSTAL BREAKS<br />
Crystals are so precious, and they do deserve to be treated with love and care. Our opinion is<br />
that if a crystal has broken and hasn't been used for any healings it may be used either to<br />
share with others, or in crystal grids as long as it has been cleansed.<br />
If your crystal breaks during a healing session its best not to use it again as it has taken on a<br />
lot of negative energies and it has done the job.Why not give it back to the earth whether<br />
that be in the sea, river, bury it in the ground, don't just throw it away.<br />
Please remember these are only suggestions it will come back to you we all have free will<br />
and how you feel about this is very important. Use your intuition trust you gut instinct.<br />
