Tring Park also has a new
building that houses five
performance studios, but the
icing on the cake for Tring
Park is that the school has its
own 176-seater theatre, which
gives the students the perfect
opportunity to perform their
shows in a real-life stage setting.
And the students’ performance
opportunities are not restricted
to the Markova Theatre. The
school’s expertise and contacts
in the world of performing arts
also means that the pupils have
opportunities to perform at
the Royal Albert Hall and the
London Coliseum, as well as
taking part in UK tours.
Tring Park also boasts a
recording studio for students on
the Commercial Music Course,
which teaches pupils how to
write original material, create
arrangements and write for
commissions as well as taking
part in industry masterclasses
and networking opportunities.
Work has also started on
Tring’s talented pupils show off
their performance skills
the first stage of a £12 million
development project, which
includes a four-storey building
that will contain a state-of-theart
boarding house for 70 pupils,
six academic and vocational
teaching spaces, a theatre
workshop and other valuable
pupil facilities.
