One of the key drivers of the Annique business is to<br />

know your products intimately. A great way to do this<br />

is by attending Brand Champion training! Andoline<br />

Vogel, a Brand Champion from Bloemfontein,<br />

explains the importance of Brand Champion<br />

training and offers tips on how to host a<br />

training session!<br />

In the age of social media, customers often<br />

Google information on products or simply<br />

go to the website. Attending training gives<br />

you an advantage because you learn facts<br />

about the products that aren’t necessarily<br />

available on social media. This allows you, as<br />

a Consultant, to offer a better, more personal<br />

service to your Customers.<br />

knowledge. If you are hosting<br />

training, make a list of what was<br />

covered in the training and who<br />

attended so you stay up to date<br />

Andoline says all the leaders in Leslie Grobler’s group hand out<br />

a questionnaire. If the attendees answer ‘no’ to three or more<br />

questions on the questionnaire then it is an indication that they<br />

have to attend Brand Champion training.<br />

Andoline suggests hosting a training session once a month<br />

so the focus can be on the product focus for that particular<br />

month. Additionally, she says she makes the training sessions<br />

very practical. For example, she prints out her PowerPoint<br />

presentations and hands them out before the training session<br />

starts so attendees can make notes during training.<br />
