Terms & Conditions
ORDER INFORMATION:
• We accept Checks, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express
and Discover credit cards. Please sign your orders as this signature
acts as our authorization to charge your credit card.
• Checks must clear before shipment.
SALES POLICIES:
• Minimum order is $150. Items from different lines may be combined
to create a minimum order. As a convenience, all our products
are sold on an open stock basis and there are no minimums
per piece.
• Our normal shipping time is 5 to 7 business days from the receipt
of order. Shipping time may vary depending on the type of display
ordered.
• All sales are final - we do not accept returns. Claims for damaged
product must be made within 72 hours of receipt of your order.
• There is a 25% restocking fee for all refused shipments.
• There is a $25 charge for all returned checks in addition to other
charges that may apply.
BACKORDERS:
• We attempt to always ship at or near 100%. Backorders will only
be generated if they are greater than $50 AND the product missing
is expected back in stock within 30 days. Backorders will always be
shipped at our expense.
FREIGHT:
• Customers are responsible for all freight. All orders shipped
within the continental U.S. will be shipped UPS or FedEX ground
unless otherwise requested.
• Orders over 500 lbs, in most cases, should be shipped via truck.
Please call to arrange all truck shipments.

FAXED ORDERS: Orders may be faxed 24 hours, 7 days a week
to 818.896.0966. Please make sure you include your business name,
correct address, telephone and fax numbers and the contact person.
