The Vari-Tilth Integrates between
the Tractor and Disc giving the ability to
incorporate surface residues and loosen
the lower soil structure in one pass.
DISC ACTION
Each Disc is laid over at 21º to the
vertical which ensures superb mixing and
incorporation whilst the angle of cut can
be adjusted to suit the conditions

The Vari-Disc Duo range is fi tted with Heavier Duty
Hubs and bearings with a 2 year Warranty and
incorporates rigid and hydraulic folding machines up

Vari-Tilth
The Vari-Disc Duo has been sold on
the Uk Market for over 15 years
and it now has many followers.
The simple angle adjustment
of individually mounted discs
themselves leant over at 21 degrees
enables the Duo to work in many
different conditions.
It is ideal for primary tillage,
incorporating crop residues and
creating stale seedbeds but can also be
adjusted to perform well as a secondary
cultivator working down a seedbed.

Quad
When not in use the
Vari-Tilth can easily
be disconnected from
the Discs or simply
adjusted to clear
the ground and left
connected.
Adding the standard Vari-Tilth to the front
of the Vari-Disc Duo helps penetration in
hard conditions and allows the entire soil
profi le to be moved in one pass. The heavier
framed HD Vari-Tilth is designed to be used
in a similar way in
front of the Vari-Disc
Quad.
The working depth of
the Vari-Tilth (down
to 300mm) is easily
adjusted using 2 pins
to set its depth in
relation to the Discs behind.

Duo
The heavier longer Vari-Disc Quad has
4 rows of wider spaced discs allowing
it to cope with larger amounts of crop
residue and make a superb job of
incorporation.
The Vari-Disc Quad is mainly used
as a primary cultivator, however
the disc angle adjustment allows
it be set up for secondary
work aswell.
Add the HD Vari-Tilth and
you have an exceptional
tine and disc cultivator
capable of moving soil up to
300mm deep.
