Q: Are the <strong>prices</strong> quoted per day or per event?<br />
A: The <strong>prices</strong> quoted are for the duration of the exhibition excluding VAT.<br />
Q: Are the storage cupboards lockable?<br />
A: All the cupboards are lockable and supplied with one key. Replacement<br />
keys can be ordered via the Freeman Exhibitor Services Concierge desks.<br />
Please note: replacement key(s) are chargeable.<br />
Q: Are there any weight restrictions on the lockable cabinets?<br />
A: We recommend the maximum weight is 25kg per cabinet.<br />
Q: Can I attach graphics to the <strong>furniture</strong>?<br />
A: We advise that you do not stick or attach anything to the <strong>furniture</strong> as<br />
any damage caused is chargeable. Certain items are suitable for attaching<br />
graphics, please contact a member of exhibitor services who can offer<br />
advice and guidance.<br />
Q: Can I order additional items on site?<br />
A: Additional items can be ordered onsite with a member of our Exhibitor<br />
Sevices Concierge Team, please note all items are subject to availability, so<br />
we do advise that you order prior to arriving at the event.<br />
Q: How close to the event can I order from the bespoke range?<br />
A: We require two weeks lead time for the bespoke range and items<br />
cancelled within 30 days of the event being built will still be chargeable.
