General information:<br />
1. To organize any of the tour of your choice we require a minimum of 45 students<br />
2. One staff member will be complimentary for every 10 paid students<br />
3. Kindly check complimentary ratio of accompanying staff before confirming the resorts packages<br />
4. For a group of 40 & 35 students the tour cost will be increased to 10% and 20% respectively<br />
5. During resorts tour outdoor entertainment activities will be arranged by an event organizer on<br />
request with additional charges<br />
6. During water games use of proper swim costume (nylon/synthetic material) is mandatory<br />
7. We request to kindly take care of your belongings, for any loss management<br />
will not be held responsible<br />
8. Participants must follow the tour guidelines given by the tour manager<br />
9. Taxes will be extra as per government rules<br />
10. All cheques/dd should be drawn in favour of “NATURE HOLIDAYS”<br />
11. In case of any medical eventualities we will provide first aid & assistance to reach nearest hospital.<br />
Amendments:<br />
After the initial booking and confirmation of services by us for you, in the event of any amendment you<br />
wish to make such as change of destination change of departure date addition or deletion of services<br />
change in passenger numbers or such other change you will need to make a written request and obtain<br />
an acknowledgment on the same from our office. The amendments may invite further cost which will have<br />
to borne by you. Further such requests are accepted by us subject to availability of necessary time ahead<br />
of departure as also availability of seats and rooms.<br />
In customized holidays usually all transfers and sightseeing tours are provided by seat-in-coach (SIC) basis.<br />
SIC are seats in coach on a shared basis and operate at specific time. However passengers can pay additional<br />
and upgrade their transfers / sightseeing on private basis which are provided in a combi van<br />
Cancellation policy:<br />
If you wish to cancel your tour booking for any reason you must intimate the same in writing to us either<br />
mail/fax and the letter must clearly mention the names of all passengers who want their bookings to be<br />
cancelled along with the reason for cancellation. The cancellations are effective only from the time the<br />
written request reached the company.<br />
Cancellation will not be considered orally or over the phone. In case of cancellation the following cancellation<br />
charges would apply<br />
30 days prior to the departure of the tour 10% of tour cost<br />
21 days prior to the departure of the tour 25% of tour cost<br />
15 days prior to the departure of the tour 50% of tour cost<br />
1 week prior to the departure of the tour 75% of tour cost<br />
03 days prior to the departure of the tour or in<br />
case you are “ no show “ on the tour<br />
100% of tour cost<br />
Some cancellation and refund policies are out of our tender:<br />
Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy.<br />
Train tickets cancellations will follow the railway’s policy.<br />
Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines company policy.<br />
In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only<br />
which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors<br />
we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. We do not<br />
bear any responsibility to refund.<br />
