General information:
1. To organize any of the tour of your choice we require a minimum of 45 students
2. One staff member will be complimentary for every 10 paid students
3. Kindly check complimentary ratio of accompanying staff before confirming the resorts packages
4. For a group of 40 & 35 students the tour cost will be increased to 10% and 20% respectively
5. During resorts tour outdoor entertainment activities will be arranged by an event organizer on
request with additional charges
6. During water games use of proper swim costume (nylon/synthetic material) is mandatory
7. We request to kindly take care of your belongings, for any loss management
will not be held responsible
8. Participants must follow the tour guidelines given by the tour manager
9. Taxes will be extra as per government rules
10. All cheques/dd should be drawn in favour of “NATURE HOLIDAYS”
11. In case of any medical eventualities we will provide first aid & assistance to reach nearest hospital.
Amendments:
After the initial booking and confirmation of services by us for you, in the event of any amendment you
wish to make such as change of destination change of departure date addition or deletion of services
change in passenger numbers or such other change you will need to make a written request and obtain
an acknowledgment on the same from our office. The amendments may invite further cost which will have
to borne by you. Further such requests are accepted by us subject to availability of necessary time ahead
of departure as also availability of seats and rooms.
In customized holidays usually all transfers and sightseeing tours are provided by seat-in-coach (SIC) basis.
SIC are seats in coach on a shared basis and operate at specific time. However passengers can pay additional
and upgrade their transfers / sightseeing on private basis which are provided in a combi van
Cancellation policy:
If you wish to cancel your tour booking for any reason you must intimate the same in writing to us either
mail/fax and the letter must clearly mention the names of all passengers who want their bookings to be
cancelled along with the reason for cancellation. The cancellations are effective only from the time the
written request reached the company.
Cancellation will not be considered orally or over the phone. In case of cancellation the following cancellation
charges would apply
30 days prior to the departure of the tour 10% of tour cost
21 days prior to the departure of the tour 25% of tour cost
15 days prior to the departure of the tour 50% of tour cost
1 week prior to the departure of the tour 75% of tour cost
03 days prior to the departure of the tour or in
case you are “ no show “ on the tour
100% of tour cost
Some cancellation and refund policies are out of our tender:
Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy.
Train tickets cancellations will follow the railway’s policy.
Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines company policy.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only
which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors
we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. We do not
bear any responsibility to refund.
