The results are simply because we *constantly* keep *upgrading* ourselves as coaches, get more specialised trainers to join us and keep ourselves updated with the latest studies that are conducted for all trainers, frequently, at Blue Nile Counselling Centre. It is true what HNH Platform reiterates: *The best advertisement is through word of mouth, being recommended*. I have been honoured and blessed to be trusted by many members across HNH platform to help with their _children, troubled marriages, emotional ups and downs, depression, guidance for upgrading themselves_ to have a better future to name just a few of the issues that I have been trusted to take care of. I am grateful for the support and the trust and the constant 111 recommendations that come in, over the last three years I have grown and seen members grow and blossom emotionally and with confidence. How is a Counsellor (_Psychologist_) different from a Psychiatrist, Sadiqua? Because psychiatrists are trained medical doctors, they can *prescribe medications*, and they spend much of their time with patients on *medication management* as a course of treatment. Psychologists focus extensively on *psychotherapy and treating emotional and mental suffering* in patients with *behavioral intervention*. Are your counselling sessions expensive? Honestly, the price is affordable compared to what the market offers, but again I think most HNH Members know that money is not my goal, my
goal and intention is to help and for HNH Members there has always been a special price, even without being asked. Can you please throw some light on the aptitude test? The children today have too many career options and lack of awareness leads to lack of support from parents. _We bridge this gap._ The methodology includes *systematic and scientific study* and *understanding* of the candidate through intelligence, personality, and aptitude tests, interviews and discussions on the life goal, enabling a candidate to understand that career is not the same as a job. It is *why you select* and it is not what you select. It is a vocation that gives *identity*, a *direction*. It is 111 a career which ensures *enjoyment of work throughout life*. It is an enjoyment of work, which leads automatically to a good *earnings and satisfaction*. *We strongly believe* in the philosophy that a right assessment and direction, *on time*, ultimately leads to “Joy for those who study”, (Student). “Joy for those who teach and mentor”, (Teacher) and “Joy for those who guide”, (PARENT). Sadiqua, the interview does give us a deeper insight into you as a person and it is so easy to see why you are loved and respected across HNH Groups. As we come to the end of this interview it honestly feels like we have not had enough of you yet. HNH Members are blessed to have your support not only as a cofounder of the group but also someone we can always rely on to be there for us.
