CONDITIONS OF SALE
• All prices are FOB
point of origin, payable 6
weeks prior to shipping, except for customers
with approved credit.
• Prices are subject to change without
notice.
• A 5% early order discount on the price
of the cuttings is allowed on all orders
placed by 9-11-09 if there are no changes
during the 8 weeks prior to shipment.
• Royalty will be added to all patented and
patent pending cultivars. These cultivars
will be grown under the appropriate
license: Propagator Distributor, Self
Propagator or Flowering Only.
• Royalty and freight are not subject to
any discount.
• Minimum quantity per cultivar for all
product is 100 cuttings. (500 cuttings per
box)
• For customers with approved credit,
freight is prepaid by the Paul Ecke Ranch
and added to your invoice as a separate
line item. Airport-to-door service is available
at an additional cost.
• Paul Ecke Ranch warrants, to the extent
of the purchase price, that all cuttings are
sold true to name and as described within
recognized tolerances.
• Propagation is not allowed on patented

and patent pending cultivars without a
signed agreement.
• Cancellations/Changes: Cancellation of
or changes to Unrooted orders can be
made no later than the production day
prior to scheduled shipment. All cancellations
of or changed to Rooted and
Callused orders must be made no later
than 5 weeks and 4 weeks prior to shipment,
respectively.
• No cancellation of or changes to Rooted
or Callused product orders are allowed
after plant date without preapproval by
Customer Service and will be subject to a
restocking fee of $20.00 per tray for
Rooted and $10.00 per tray for Callused.
