E. Bit Lifter<br />
Bit lifters serve dual purposes.<br />
1) If a horse is inclined to get it's tongue over the bit, the bit lifter<br />
can alleviate the problem by suspending the bit higher in the horse's<br />
mouth, without the need to use a tight flash noseband (which can<br />
create resistance).<br />
2) For team or tandem leaders, who are required to work up into the bit<br />
contact, the bit lifter can lighten the contact, enabling light mouthed<br />
horses to have more confidence to work into the contact.<br />

F. Open Cheek Straps (Pair)<br />
For driving bridles without blinkers. Permits full vision for the horse.<br />
Warning: Open cheeks should only be used on horses that have been<br />
specifically trained to work in an open bridle. It is dangerous to use<br />
them on a horse that has always been trained in full blinkers.<br />
