WHO ARE WE?
EMI Seals & Gaskets Ltd is an ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001: 2015 UK based
manufacturer that was originally formed to bridge the gap between the traditional seal and
gasket manufacturers who supplied only non-shielding materials and the shielding
manufacturers who only supplied shielded materials.
We have taken our knowledge from industries and applied it to enable us to not just
manufacturer and supply traditional product ranges from both industries under one roof but
to take utilise that joint knowledge to develop new products.
These new products are designed to satisfy multiple criteria such as combined high
shielding and high IP levels but at far more appealing commercial costs.

Over the years we have become well renowned as a problem solver, helping companies
meet the ever-demanding requirements of the latest legislation on harmonising standards
and international markets. Our industry leading in-house technical design team is on hand
to assist you in creating a solution for any problem or issue that you may have.
Aside from developing new materials to help meet new market requirements like metal
detectable rubbers for the food and beverage industry we have also invested in having
these new materials tested to help save our customers even more time and expense.
We are unique in having one of our newer materials tested and approved to IECEx
standards, IEC 60079-0:2011 and 60079-31:2008. This means that by following some
simple guidelines you can bring a new IECEx or ATEX certified product to market without
having to subject the product to IP or Thermal conditioning tests, which can save
enormous amounts of time and money.
