BUSINESS TERMS
Prices
All prices are not including any duties: VAT and/or any other government taxes. Prices are quoted in
Euro. Adjustments due to the manufacturer’s price increases or currency fluctuations may be made
without prior notice. The company reserves the right to amend prices that might be wrong.
Delivery
In Italy the delivery will be made directly to the Embassy or Consulate.
Out of Italy goods are shipped at the customer’s expenses and risk. We will handle on your behalf all
formalities and shipment procedures. Insurance will be managed as per your indication. Any claims
or damages must be reported in writing by the customer within seven working days from the delivery
date.
When more people place their orders together, freight costs are often lower and security in transit is
higher. Each customer receives an individual invoice, including his share of shipping costs. A consolidated
invoice will be issued, if required.
Availability
Orders are subject to our acceptance and availability of merchandise. Reasonable substitutes are
proposed for articles that may temporarily be out of stock or discontinued.

Payment
Payment can be made in any convertible currency, at the official rate of exchange ‐ U.I.C. ruling, on
the day of payment.
Outside of Italy payment must be made before shipment.
Payment can be made by cheque, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay) and cash. (as limited by
applicable Italian law)
Please always state your Paolucci invoice/order number in all correspondence and payments.
