This certificate is valid for two adults sailing on a 2-5 Day Cruise (double occupancy required). Accommodations
are an entry level inside cabin. Valid on selected sailings only.
Outside cabin categories with ocean views and balconies are available upon request based upon availability for
an additional surcharge. For this offer, passengers must be 21 years of age or older with a valid passport and
photo ID. Resident aliens need a valid passport and an Alien Resident Card. Aliens need a valid passport and a
valid U.S. Multiple Re-entry Visa. Registered aliens must contact the appropriate consulate to inquire about
necessary travel documentation.
Travel must be completed within 18 months of issue date. All reservation requirements for this cruise certificate
must be met. A minimum of 90 days advance notice is required to process your reservation request. Reservations
are based on availability. Availability over major holidays is limited. Space is capacity controlled and subject to
availability. Availability may be limited during certain peak times.
This offer does not include ground transportation, travel insurance, passport fees, gratuities, telephone calls,
optional excursions, or any items of a personal or miscellaneous nature. All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars, per
guest, double occupancy. Service fee to use this offer starts at $119 - $199 per person which covers government
taxes and fees and must be paid at the time of booking in the form of a cashier’s check or money order only. All
payments are non-refundable after receipt by TRIPS Incentives. No cancellations allowed after booking.
This vacation offer is not valid where prohibited by law, may not be used in conjunction with or in place of any
other vacation or promotional offer and is invalid for use by distributing agents and their employees. All federal,
state and local laws apply. TRIPS Incentives assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representations
made in conjunction with this offer other than those specifically included in this offer and it is not transferrable.
This offer is not valid for groups. A group is considered to be two (2) or more parties traveling together, or
meeting with the same arrival date, using the TRIPS Incentives certificate, regardless of where the certificate was
obtained. No exceptions.
The retail value of this offer varies depending upon the time of year. Suggested fair market value for processing,
servicing and accommodations is up to $2300.00. This offer is invalid if bartered, auctioned or not acquired from
an authorized sponsor. This offer cannot be redeemed for cash.
Any breach of the terms and conditions of this offer invalidates this certificate.
TRIPS Incentives is not responsible for any act of God, or any other circumstances beyond its control. TRIPS
Incentives reserves the right to substitute the components of the offered vacation and vary the itinerary should
circumstances so require; locations subject to change at any time. If acceptable to purchaser, comparable alternate
accommodations or facilities or reservations for a date different than requested, may be provided.
By submitting the attached reservation request form to TRIPS Incentives, the traveler consents to be bound by
all the terms and provisions contained within the offer. The terms of the travel offer cannot be altered or amended
except with the express written consent of an authorized officer of TRIPS Incentives.
Applicable Law. This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Florida, in which
state it has been negotiated, executed and delivered. Any and all disputes arising out of this agreement or
transaction shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the county or circuit court in and for Broward County, Florida.
