TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This offer provides standard condominium accommodations for
up to 2 persons in a studio unit, and requires payment of US$19.00 per
person per night (minimum two [2] persons) for taxes, maid service
and administration fees for a minimum of seven (7) nights. The
maximum retail value is $1,500-$2,000. Deluxe, one bedroom, two bedroom
and non-continental US condominiums are subject to availability

Please make payment by money order or cashier’s check only in US
funds payable to TRIPS Incentives on a US bank. No pets.
2. All condominium accommodations are subject to the availability of
TRIPS Incentives allotments.
3. No changes are permitted once reservations are confirmed and there
are no refunds once booked. A minimum of 60 days is required for
processing. This offer does not include meals or transportation.
4. TRIPS Incentives is not responsible for any act of God, or any other
circumstances beyond its control. TRIPS Incentives reserves the right
to substitute the components of the offered vacation and vary the itinerary
should circumstances so require; locations subject to change at any
time if acceptable to purchaser.
5. This offer is valid for one (1) year from date of issue. All travel must
be completed within that time.
6. This vacation offer is not valid where prohibited by law, may not be
used in conjunction with or in place of any other vacation or promotional
offer, is invalid for use by distributing agents and their empolyees
and is not valid for meetings, conventions or group travel. This offer is
presented as an incentive gift and may not be sold directly to the public
or end user and is invalid if purchased, bartered, auctioned or not
acquired from an authorized sponsor. The approximate maximum retail
value, depending on time of year and destination is $1,500-$2,000. This
is an offer to sell travel.
7. The reservation request form must be complete and include 2
locations and 2 dates to be processed. Friday, Saturday and Sunday
check in only; at the resort's discretion. All reservations must be made by
mail through TRIPS Incentives. No telephone reservations are accepted.

reservation request form, a representative will contact you to discuss
your vacation options. All terms and conditions of this offer must be
strictly adhered to in order for the reservation to be processed. A confirmation
letter will be sent via email or US mail (client's choice).
8. By submitting the attached reservation request form to TRIPS Incentives,
the traveler consents to be bound by all the terms and provisions contained
within the offer. The terms of the travel offer cannot be altered or
amended except with the express written consent of an authorized officer
of TRIPS Incentives.
9. Applicable Law. This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by
the laws of the State of Florida, in which state it has been negotiated,
executed and delivered. Any and all disputes arising out of this
agreement or transaction shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the
county or circuit court in and for Broward County, Florida.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: You may cancel this contract without penalty or obligation within 30 days from the date of
purchase or receipt of the vacation offer, whichever occurs later. You may also cancel this contract if accommodations
or facilities are not available pursuant to a request for use as provided in the contract. If you decide to cancel, you must
notify the seller in writing of your intent to cancel by returning the offer and sending notice to TRIPS Incentives, 160 S.W.
12th Avenue, Suite 101A, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442. No purchaser should rely upon representations other than those
included in this contract. This contract is for the purchase of a vacation offer and puts all assignees on notice of the
consumer's right to cancel under section 559.933, Florida Statutes.

TRIPS at least 60 days in advance of your desired arrival date (90 days advance improves options).
