BULGARIA AND ROMANIA (2004-2013),%<br />
This is particularly true for the age group in question, including those<br />
aged 15-24. The vast majority of people of this age are not covered<br />
by the labor force against which the unemployment rate is<br />
calculated. These include: - persons who are trained in the school<br />
education system persons who regularly attend universities are<br />
those who have unpaid work experience and are not actively<br />
seeking work persons who are on extra leave to raise a child up to<br />
2 years of age. These are people who do not count statistics as part<br />
of the workforce and therefore do not include them in the<br />
calculation of youth unemployment.
