FIRE FIGHTING
As per guidelines provided by the IMO and flag state administrations, fire protection
systems and appliances should be serviced examined and tested periodically by an
aouthorized facility acceptable by the ship’s classification society. It is impreative to ensure
fire safety equipments are available for immediate use while the ship or offshore
installation is in service.
PORTABLE NON-PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS
All types of portable & non-portable fire extinguishers,
(foam, dry powder, CO2, Water, FM200 etc.) are to be
periodically serviced by a compenent service company as
per SOLAS regulation. Inspection, repair and hydro test
services are available.
FIXED CO2 SYSTEMS
We offer complete inspection of CO2 fixed systems. Our
service includes, level check of cylinders, release systems,
distrubition lines, manifold, main valve overhaull, alarms
and fun stop testing.
FIXED FOAM SYSTEMS
Our service includes, foam sample labratory analysis,
inspection of foam monitors, branch pipes, foam tank,
foam pumps, lines and nozzles, additionally renewing of
all types of foam.

FIXED HALON SYSTEMS
We offer, contents check by manual weighting or level
detector of each halon cylinder. No refilling and hydro test
is available. Alarm, fan-stop test, additionally nozzels and
release mechanism is to be checked.
FIXED DRY POWDER SYSTEMS
We service N2 (Nitrogen) bottles by level check,
inspection, refilling and hydro test all safety valves,
distrubition valves, höse stations, monitors, tanks to be
inspected.
BREATHING APPARATUS SET INSPECTION
Inspection of Self Contained Breathing Appratus, function
test, face mask, regulator, demand valve inspection,
alarms have to be checked during the annual service. We
also refill, hydro test and renew BA Air cylinders.
EEBD SET INSPECTION
Refilling and hydro test of EEBD air cylinders. All spare
parts of different makers available in our stock.

BA COMPRESSOR AIR QUALITY TEST
General compressor inspection, including running test for
mechanical functioning, condensate draing check,
replacing inlet filter, safety valves inpsection. We also
make air quality test as per related requlations.
MEDICAL O2 RESUSCICATOR
Visually inspection of set, flowmetter setted, manually
test of demand valve, leak test, ventilation bags check,
recharging and hydro test of medical O2 cylinders.
FOAM ANALYSIS
Foam sample anaylsis is performed in our approved
labratory according to MSC 1312.
SMOKE DETECTION SYSTEMS
Inspection and test of detection panel onboard. Fan motor
check, smoke test has to be carried our for the line.

Every inflatable liferaft should be serviced at intervals 12 months at an approved service
staion, which is competent to service them, maintains proper servicing facilities and uses

REFURBISHMENT
Our advanced service stations and repair facilities are well equipped to carry out complete
servicing, overhaul and repair of engine and sprinkler systems, FRP hull & body, release
gear, davit and winch, fall wire renewal and hydrostatic testing and refilling of compressed
air systems. We also offer replacement equipment for hire during the overhaul stage,

used onboard. We are additionally analysing fire fighting foam samples in our recognised
laboratory. Our calibration and anaylsis service is open for 24 hours due to need of time
factor in shipping business.
GAS DEDECTOR CALIBRATIONS
OZ MARITIME is capable for calibration and
repair services for the most of the brands
which are used on many vessel onboard.
We can also supply span calibration gases
depending on the gas mixtures for your
calibration needs. Our experts are also
available for your fixed gas detection system
calibrations.
TEMPERATURE AND PRESSURE CALIBRATION
This calibration service is mainly for UTI,
pressure and block calibrators, as well as
thermometers and reference gauges. We
believe the importance of accurate calibration
and qualified measuring equipments.
FIRE FIGHTING FOAM ANALYSIS
Our foam analysis labratory for making
foam sample analysis, according to SOLAS
MSC. 1312 basiclly we check the PH,
sedimentation, spesific gravity, expansion
