The Blob Instructions ● Pick 3-4 people to be the “blob” and have them hold hands ● The “Blob” must hold hands at all times and tag other players to make them join the blob ● Remaining players will run to avoid being tagged Skill Focus ● Tagging and Teamwork Equipment ● None Space Requirement ● Half of the gym Time Needed ● As much time until only 1 player is left
3 Steps Forward but 2 step Back Instruction ● Make 2 groups and have them stands on opposite sides of the gym ● Place foam balls in middle gym ● On “go” players will grab the balls and take 3 steps forwards and throw the ball at their opponent ○ MUST BE BELOW THE SHOULDERS ● If player is hit they are out and must sit out ● Player can return if person who hit them is out ● Continue until 1 person is left Skill Focus ● Locomotive Equipment ● Foam Balls Space Requirement ● The whole gym Time Needed ● As much time needed until only 1 player is left
