subject to availability and prices quoted at the time of booking.<br />
• All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate at the time of this publication (20%).<br />
If the general rate of VAT is altered, our prices will be modified accordingly.<br />
• The hotel reserves the right to alter, substitute or amend the contents of an event, or<br />
to cancel an event or package for any reason, for example, a shortfall in minimum<br />
numbers to operate a programme.<br />

How to buy your gift voucher?<br />
Vouchers are available to buy from Hotel reception and online www.silverbirchhotel.com<br />
Choose to send your voucher via post or an e-voucher can be sent straight to your inbox!<br />
• All events and timings are subject to approval by the local licensing authorities. All<br />
statutory licensing regulations apply.<br />
• Drinks may not be taken from bedrooms to the public areas of hotel.<br />
• All groups are required to complete a food pre-order form which must be received<br />
along with the final numbers for your group no later than 14 days before the date of<br />
the party. Pre-orders must come in via the group organiser and not from individuals to<br />
minimise the margin for error.<br />
• We do provide an allergen list and will do our best to accommodate dietary requirements<br />
with advance notice. Please note we cannot guarantee a 100% nut free environment.<br />
• All details and prices correct at time of going to print.<br />
• Bands are subject to change.<br />
• £10pp deposit is required to guarantee your party bookings with full payment required<br />
7 days prior to event. Deposit and payment is non-refundable or transferable.<br />
• Deposit cannot be transferred for Bar Tab.<br />
• Minimum numbers for Barreta Festive menu is 10 max 50.<br />
