Choose your chips smartly! To make healthy nachos the best chip you can use is<br />

Almond Nut Thins. They’re made from almonds and rice flour and are shaped<br />

quite like tortilla chips and taste just like them as well. They’re unbelievably<br />

nutritious and not oily at all.<br />

Step 2:<br />

Choose your cheese wisely as well! You wish to ensure that you get a 2 percent<br />

cheese. Opt for the Mexican Blend if available, otherwise look for sharp cheddar<br />

that works fine as well.<br />

If you’ve a shredded cheese, which works quite well for healthy nachos, simply<br />

lay out about 10 to 15 Nut Thins on a sprayed baking sheet & spray 1/4 c -1/2 cup<br />

of 2 percent cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for nearly ten minutes, or until<br />

the cheese has melted!<br />

While using a cheese slice, either melt the cheese in the microwave with a small<br />

amount of milk and pour it over your Nut Things and bake in the oven as<br />

mentioned above.
