The Constitution and By-laws<br />

<strong>Illinois</strong> invest the Office <strong>of</strong><br />

initiatives, the broad support <strong>of</strong><br />

Blue <strong>Lodge</strong>s and joint participation<br />

by our appendant bodies, this<br />
