EALING TRAILFINDERS RUGBY CAMPS – WHY OUR CAMPS CAN OFFER YOUR
CHILD THE CHANCE TO IMPROVE ON ALL LEVELS.
With our 2018/19 season well and truly underway, our
community department is striving to ensure coaching
delivery and public engagement is in tandem with our
1st XVs performances on the pitch.
Nothing says this more than our rugby camps. Having
had a very successful August camp over the summer,
our camps for the rest of the year are already planned to
ensure participants walk away with not only an improved
rugby outlook, but one which they can use in everyday
life. Our rugby values are Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment,
Discipline and Sportsmanship; and these virtues are ever
evident in our coaching at mini, junior and youth level.
Our coaches are constantly and consistently engaging
our young players in why these are important and why
they can be applied not only on the rugby pitch but in
the class room and everyday life. Something that goes
hand in hand with these virtues is Ealing Trailfinders
very own mantra; All in All the Time. If we can engage
our players and participants to understand and adopt
these and combine them to approach everyday life, we
will see a generation of growth mindset individuals that
can use their rugby coaching for the rest of their lives.
Rugby is not the be all and end all, but it is certainly the
starting point in our mission to ensure we are giving future
generations the best chance of success in all walks of life.
Whether its overcoming the tackle and contact situation
for the first time or achieving simple catching and passing
skills, our camps led by our RFU quality coaches will assist
young people begin to realise their potential.
