About our Tags
Our tags are meant to be tied to trees or other products. We are confident that growers,
shippers, and retailers alike will find many uses for our tags such as for name identification,
grading, species identification, care instructions, harvest identification, field counting and
grading, company name recognition, barcoding, and pricing. Our tags are packaged in rolls and
are easily separated at perforations. Many of our tags are offered in two lengths and widths.
STANDARD NUMBERING - Referred to throughout our catalog, standard numbering begins at 250
or 200 (depending on tag length) and descends to 1.
COLORS - We offer many color choices. The color chart below provides a three-digit color code
that will be needed to replace the three X’s that appear in tag item numbers throughout our
catalog.

About our Pricing
SET-UP - All price break levels are calculated per “set-up.” We define set-up as either a printing
plate change, or dot matrix text change. The quantity of rolls printed per set-up establishes the
price break level.
PLATE CHARGES - When printing plates are required, we will charge $55.00 plus $0.75 per square
inch when the total image area exceeds 5½ square inches.
UNDER MINIMUM CHARGE - We will assess an “under minimum” charge of $10.00 when the total
quantity of rolls on the order is less than our published minimum order requirement for any given
tag style.

Custom Printed
Your custom message printed on high-quality, non-adhesive,
polyethylene film. Up to three spot color printing. Film
thicknesses of 2, 3 (yellow only) or 4-mil. Widths available are
2, 3, 4 and 6-inches. Repeat distances of 18.8-inches and
37.72-inches. Your message can include text and graphics. A
plate charge applies to all first-time orders. The plate charge
is calculated as follows: $55.00 base fee plus $0.75/sq. inch of
image area. Ink charges apply when printing in colors other
than black or white. $5.00/color/order for standard ink colors. $12.50/color/order when
Pantone Color Matching is requested.

Tag Dispensers
Clamshell
Rugged “clamshell” dispensers are designed to hold
either 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8 rolls of tags. They are
constructed of a PVC clamshell with zinc plated
hinge, latch, and roll dividers. Dispensers include
two woven nylon straps, one to be worn over the
shoulder and one to be worn around the waist.
Straps are equipped with quick-release buckles.

Tag Dispensers
Vest
Vest dispensers, made of non-water absorbent, nylon
fabric, are available in front pocket capacities of 5 or
10 rolls. A loop, sewn to the back of the vest,
attaches to a belt or belt loop to keep the vest from
sliding forward. Ties at both sides of the vest keep
the vest from swinging away from the body when
bending forward or kneeling down. Vests also provide
a rear storage compartment for spare rolls of tags.
When ordering, please specify color choice, white or
yellow.
