SailingCampisback!AmSocishappytobe<br />
able to offer this event once again, which<br />
takesplaceatSãoPauloYachtClub(SPYC),<br />
a British sailing club located at the<br />
lakeshore of the Guarapiranga water<br />
reservoirjust15minutesawayfromChapel<br />
School and 20 minutes from the US<br />
Consulate.(www.spyc.com.br)<br />
When: The camp starts Tuesday, January<br />
8 th and ends Friday, January 11 th , running<br />
from 9amanduntilaround5pmeachday.<br />
Ages:8to15yearsold<br />
Activities:Kidsandteenswillparticipate<br />
in paddle boarding, kayaking, sailing<br />
(boats), and other water sports-related<br />
activities.Therewillalsobeswimmingat<br />
theclub’sswimmingpool.<br />
Coaches:Theleadcoachisaprofessional<br />
sailor, father, and carries a Physical<br />
Educationbackground.<br />
Available Spots: As it is hard to find the<br />
mix of sailor/coach/English-speaker<br />
here in São Paulo, we are limiting this<br />
camp to 15 kids only! For more<br />

A Kids must wear swimming shorts, a t-<br />
shirt,araincoat,andsandalslikeKeensor<br />
Crocs.Flip-flopsareokforrestingbutnot<br />
for activities. Sneakers (with flat rubber<br />
soles) that can get wet are also OK. Kids<br />
shouldbringsunscreenandanymedicine<br />
theyneedtotake.<br />

A Yes. They have dressing rooms with<br />
showers.Yourkidcanbringatowelanda<br />
