Retaining candidates' engagement and commitment: Working with a range of clients from FTSE 100 PLC's to SME's, we’re seeing increasing trends of companies failing to secure their preferred candidates once they’ve made an offer of employment. We feel this is symptomatic of the fact the industry is candidate short, and many businesses are competing for the same candidates.
