All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT<br />
Carriage: Minimum order for free delivery is £700.00 will be subject to a delivery<br />
charge. Delivery to destinations outside of the UK mainland may also be<br />
subjected to additional yet reasonable transportation costs.<br />
Payment:<br />
Unpaid invoices over 30 days (without prior consent) will be charged<br />
interest on a weekly basis at 5% above standard bank rates, serious delays<br />
in invoice payment will result in legal action being taken to recover amount<br />
plus interest and court costs.<br />
Conditions<br />
1. All prices are subject to change without prior notice and shall be those quoted and<br />
current on the date accepted by the company.<br />
2. Orders accepted by the company CANNOT be cancelled by the Buyer except with<br />
the Company’s written Consent and after payment of any loss or damage incurred<br />
by the company.<br />
3. <strong>Stone</strong>ware products must be accepted as being individually unique and are seldom<br />
uniform or entirely perfect. All sizes of items listed and supplied are approximate and<br />
are for guidance only and shall not form part of any contract whatsoever.<br />
4. Time shall not be of essence in any contract.<br />
5. The property of the goods shall not pass to the Buyer and the Buyer shall keep the<br />
goods on behalf of the company (Returning the same to the Company on request)<br />
Until the price of the goods has been fully paid.<br />
6. Breakages must be notified in detail to the Company within three days of delivery<br />
and be witnessed by driver in writing. A replacement, Refund, or Credit Note will be<br />
issued on agreement.<br />
7. The company shall be under no liability in respect of the quality, condition or<br />
description of goods or for the loss or damage including consequential loss or<br />
damage how so ever caused to the Buyer or to any other person and any term,<br />
conditions or representation to the contrary whether expressed or implied by the<br />
statue Common Law or otherwise is expressly excluded.<br />
8. Part deliveries of orders will be accepted by the Buyer and become payable as though<br />
the same were a separate Order or Contract.<br />
