The South Central Minnesota Joint Apprenticeship and Training
Committee for the Electrical Industry are currently accepting
applications for Spring 2019 apprenticeships. The recruitment,
selection, employment, and training of apprentices during their
apprenticeship shall be without discrimination because of race,

must meet the minimum age requirement. The JATC does not,

the SC MN JATC Program. It consists of 8,000-hours of on-the-job
training and 180-hours minimum per year of related classroom
instruction for 5-years in Mankato and Rochester.

Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee
Applications of Pre-Apprenticeship/Apprentice Training
Applications are now being accepted for possible openings in
the Sheet Metal trade in southern Minnesota. Selection to be in
accordance with the Minnesota and Federal plan for adopting and
implementing equal opportunity standards under C.F.R. 29 part 30
(nondiscrimination).
EDUCATION - Applicants shall be high school graduates or have
a G.E.D. certificate.
PHYSICAL FITNESS - Applicants must be physical fit to
perform the work of the trade, and may be subject to a medical
examination prior to being employed.
Areas covered include Austin, Albert Lea, Mankato, Rochester,
and Winona. Applications are accepted year round. Applications
