Sanofi raised the bar for internal
events through Company Days
in 2017 and 2018, with the unique
approach to SanofiFest signalling
a clear change in approach to a
values-led Company Day. The
One Location Event presents
an opportunity to celebrate a
landmark occasion whilst sharing
the ideals which will drive Sanofi,
and the importance of the new
location, in delivering this vision.
The following pages will take you through the
journey to your new home, as well as ideas
for creative communications that will excite
and engage Sanofi colleagues in the lead up to
and during the Company Day. We will centre
on the key elements of what makes a home:
family, shared values, and a sense of place.
We go into detail on the experience of
colleagues at the meeting in order to marry
the business objectives to the emotional
connection you would want your colleagues
to feel towards their new home. We have
also included the communications strategy,
which ties the project together across the
Company and Family Day, and we introduce
you properly to your Ashfield Meetings &
Events Family, who will be your partners in
delivering another successful Company Day.
