It’s really quite simple. You are<br />

contracting with Yonder to<br />

manage your home and rent it<br />

to approved guests. We handle<br />

everything, working to keep<br />

your home at the highest<br />

possible level of<br />

occupancy—and highest<br />

possible income stream for<br />

you—while cleaning and<br />

maintaining it to the highest<br />

standards, and reporting<br />

regularly and thoroughly to<br />

you. All you have to do is cash<br />

the checks.<br />

If your home is in great<br />

condition and is market-ready,<br />

initial costs are approximately<br />

$1500 to get your listing up<br />

and ready. How much you<br />

make depends on a wide<br />

variety of factors, including<br />

location, amenities (like a hot<br />

tub, a pool, etc.), views,<br />

and—most important—size.<br />

Obviously, the larger your<br />

home, the more guests it can<br />

accommodate, meaning higher<br />

rental rates.<br />

Absolutely not. Our guests are<br />

carefully screened and are<br />

paying a premium price to<br />

stay in a luxury rental. Guests<br />

are required to provide a<br />

deposit secured with a major<br />

credit card, and have the<br />

option to take out vacation<br />

rental damage insurance. Our<br />

contracts with guests hold<br />

them wholly responsible for<br />

any damage or theft without<br />

financial limitations. And we<br />

carefully inspect every home<br />

following a guest stay. Finally,<br />

you should know that Yonder<br />

has been handling vacation<br />

rentals since 2008 and we have<br />

never had a single issue with<br />

significant damage.<br />

Unlike the MLS service, our<br />

listings do not include any<br />

physical addresses. We never<br />

give out addresses to anyone<br />

except guests, and then only<br />

when they have paid. (Their<br />

funds are non-refundable.) We<br />

carefully monitor all<br />

correspondence and are<br />

trained to spot scams. We<br />

never send money to guests or<br />

provide any information or<br />

access to your financial or<br />

personal information.
