Northern Thai Barbeque venue Lucky Khao<br />
will have launched, replacing Pike & Pine on St<br />
James’s Street. The opening hours are Tues to<br />
Thurs 5-11pm, Fri-Sat 4pm-midnight, and the<br />
menu includes small ‘beer snacks’ such as betel<br />
wraps, bamboo larb,<br />
and pork skewers,<br />
