Pair Project<br />
Malin Kundang Project is a two-dimensional silhouette animation based on Indonesian<br />
folktale from West Sumatra. This animation tells a story about the retribution on an ungrateful<br />
son, Malin Kundang whom is cursed into a stone.<br />
This is a simplification form of the whole story of Malin Kundang folklore as it targeted to kids<br />
as the audience. The approach of this animation is referring to wayang shadow puppet show<br />
where a narrator tells a story with a puppet as the medium for the story.<br />
