Synopsis The synopsis is the second impression on a buyer, it’s like the second interview. First, they see the cover and if that gets their attention, next is the synopsis. The synopsis should make the reader hungry for more. The synopsis explains who, what, when, where and why. A great tip is to use a quote from your story, start with a problem and have the reader solve it, one of your climax developments or an introduction of your characters.
