Standard Terms:
Net 30 days. 1% interest will be added each month on overdue accounts (12.6825% annually).
C.O.D.:
This applies to all new customers and any that have not established open line of credit.

Delivery & Minimum Order Requirements:
A.M.A. delivers to southwestern Ontario. The minimum order requirement for delivery is $900.
A.M.A. reserves the right to use common courier.

F.O.B. Kingsville, Ontario. Due to market conditions, prices are subject to change without notice.
Sales Tax:
HST is required from all Ontario customers.
Returns:
All returns for credit must have prior approval of our office. The credit granted for such returns will be
based on the invoice value at the time of purchase and will be assessed a 10% re-stocking charge except for
defective merchandise or unless otherwise authorized.
