Assistant position for the men’s hockey program. The<br />
position is a 2-year commitment with annual review.<br />

Primary responsibilities as a men’s hockey graduate<br />
assistant coach include, but are not limited to:<br />
assisting with all aspects of recruiting, practice and game<br />
preparation, film breakdown, opponent scouting,<br />
working individually and with small groups of players,<br />
and other responsibilities as assigned by the head coach.<br />
Hours expected to work in the role of assistant coach<br />
would be approximately 750-1,000 hours.<br />
A bachelor’s degree and admission into Dordt’s Master<br />
of Education or Master of Public Administration program<br />
are required. Past experience coaching and/or playing<br />
hockey is desired. Hiring priority will be given to<br />
candidates interested in the graduate student program,<br />
but consideration will also be given to candidates<br />
looking to serve only in a part-time coaching capacity.<br />
