• Customer Service Representative<br />
• HSC holder. IT Diploma or certifications in progress.<br />
• Excellent communication / explanatory skills.<br />
• Very fluent in French and English. Both spoken and written.<br />
• Respond to requests and inquiries from customers.<br />
• Work on a shift system 24/7.<br />
