Throughout the year, volunteers collect<br />
used eyeglasses and deliver them to<br />
regional Lions Eyeglass Recycling<br />
Centers (LERCs). LERC volunteers clean,<br />
sort by prescription strength, and<br />
package the glasses. Recycled glasses<br />
are distributed to people in need where<br />
they will have the greatest impact.<br />
