• $250 Minimum opening order. $150 Minimum Reorder.
• You must maintain our regular retail price: (wholesale price x 100%
markup) as published in our most current catalog.
• Opening order must be paid by credit card. This remains in effect until
credit references and bank information are approved for N30 terms.
• Stephen Joseph Promotions and Specials apply only to accounts in
good credit standing.
• Shortages must be reported within 10 days. Damages must be
reported in 30 days. Backorders below $50.00 or older than 60 days are
automatically canceled unless customer specifies otherwise. Backorders
are subject to same freight charges as original order. Shipment is usually
within one week from receipt of order on accounts with established credit
or credit card orders (longer during peak season - May to December).
• If an item in a display package or assortment is not available, we will
substitute that particular item with one comparable by design so as not
to hold up the order.
