The refurbishment of existing properties to provide retail,<br />
office and residential accommodation, as well as the shell and<br />
core construction of a new hotel, retail and commercial space.<br />
Demolition and rebuild of the existing railway station ticket<br />
office on a raft above the existing railway lines, and the<br />
provision of step free access to the platforms below.<br />
In addition, 115 residential units across the site, 120,351 ft²<br />
of retail/restaurant space, a new station plaza, river walkway<br />
including children’s play space, as well as soft and hard<br />
landscaping.
