EMPLOYMENT<br />

1. Application policy<br />

1.1 All applicants are required to complete the<br />

Company's application form and must provide the<br />

company with the following supporting<br />

documents (application, CV, ID, relevant certificate)<br />

The Company will not return unqualified application.<br />

1.2 Application Form<br />

Application Form is considered as a part of the<br />

colleague's personal profile. Any false or untrue<br />

data intentionally given in the application form,<br />

the employment is considered null and violated<br />

company regulation.<br />

2. Employment Policies<br />

- Only applicants who meet the following<br />

requirements will be considered:<br />

- Pass the assessment test and interviewed by<br />

Human Resources Department, Direct Manager or<br />

General Manager.<br />

- Pass the health check which is required for<br />

related jobs.<br />

- Reference check for certain positions<br />

3. Restriction<br />

- The Company will not hire anyone who is under<br />

18 years of age.<br />

- The Company will consider to hire the<br />

immediate relatives such as parents, father in<br />

law, mother in law, spouse, brother and sister,<br />

daughter or son.<br />

- When one colleague gets married with another<br />

colleague, the Management Board may require a<br />

change of position and department, however will<br />

be considered by the type of job.<br />

- The applicant who was terminated from<br />

previous employment or has had bad record<br />

from previous job will not be hired.<br />

4. Transfer, promotion or demotion<br />

4.1 Job transfer: For reason of operational needs,<br />

reallocation of manpower, cross training,<br />

colleague development or on medical grounds, a<br />

colleague may be requested by the Management<br />

Board to be transferred to another position or<br />

another department, in accordance with the<br />

Labor Law.<br />

4.2 Promotion: It is the Company's policy to<br />

“Promote from within” whenever possible and<br />

opportunities will be given to Colleagues who<br />

have demonstrated outstanding performance<br />

and are prepared for advancement through<br />

proven experience.<br />

Demotion: If based on job assessment that a<br />

Colleague is not suitable for the position he/ she<br />

is currently holding the Company reserves the<br />

right to transfer or change the job of a Colleague<br />

to another position in a lower grade. By doing so,<br />

the Company has the right to adjust the salary<br />

according to the new position assigned
