LAYTON ARIZONA LAYTON ARIZONA A CULTURE OF GIVING BACK In 1987, building on the success of a thriving business in Utah, Layton set its sights beyond the Wasatch Front and opened its first satellite office in Phoenix, AZ. Arizona landmark projects include The Mesa Arts Center, The Ritz-Carlton Paradise Valley, Phoenix Sky Harbor Consolidated Rental Car Facility, American Express Desert Ridge, Nationwide Insurance’s Scottsdale Campus, Marshalls Distribution Center, Banner Baywood Patient Tower and CBRE’s Phoenix Office. Those projects, along with other successful endeavors, have earned Layton “General Contractor of the Year” recognition numerous times by AZRE, NAIOP Arizona, and IIDA Southwest.
